How long have you been in business?
Since October 2002 =14 Years
What is your primary product or service?
ROBOTSPEAk Sells Synthesizers. We specialize in Modular and Analog Synthesizers and the related musical gear that goes with it.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Music is important to me. I have a degree in Music Technology/Synthesis from Berklee College of Music.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have morphed from a computer music store into what was an inevitable transition-a Modular Synthesizer shop. We are special in that ROBOTSPEAk is the only shop for many hundreds of miles where one can come in and try out whatever they want on our massive Modular setup and Synthesizer show room.We try to do our best to have all of the items that are on the floor in stock and available to buy. We also do a free monthly Modular synthesizer performance at 3 PM every 3rd Saturday ( the Church of the Super Serge). We also do clinics and in the past have featured Robert Moog, Dave Smith, Roger Linn, Eric Barbour (Metasonix), Richard Devine, Serge, and many more. We do the occasional class in Modular Synthesis, Analog Synthesis, Ableton Live, Logic and more.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?

This is greatest shop in the world/I am in heaven. It happens almost once a day.
